I am a mom of two beautiful unique boys that keep me hopping and are helping me lose my mind at an early age. My house occasionally sparkles, but more often than not it looks like a bomb went off. I love to help so I volunteer at the school as much as I can and I am a Scouter with Scouts Canada. I have also come to the realization that I have something to offer the world, I have figured out a way to prepare and have healthy, simple real food for my family without killing myself to do it.
